(Viacom Owned Gametrailers Reviewer BANNED Link! screwattack.com ) Viacom CLAIMED PUBLICLY to have taken down 160000 TOTAL copyright infringing clips uploaded to youtube. ( Depending on the Source either 100000 or 160000) BUT WHY is the Viacom Corporation only seeking A Billion Dollars for just 63000? Why is Viacom NOT claiming the other nearly 100000 OTHER Removed clips in the Legal Case Against YouTube? Did Viamon take down almost 100000 of YouTube Users Copyrighted or Fair Use Clips Falsely? Did Viacom realize AFTERWARDS that IT could NOT seek damages for those nearly 100000 clips because those Clips were not Viacom’s Property or were Fair Use?? Viacom acted as Judge Jury and Executioner of these Removed Clips. Now the Public Cannot view these Clips to Judge for Themselves. Viacom is Using the Law to Hide what they have done. Viacom admitted only 60 to 70 “Accidental Take Downs” to the press “A mere Handful” and “Insignifigant Amount”. There should have been NO Accidents. Viacom needed View EACH Clip FIRST then Determine under penalty of Perjury if it Infringed Viacom’s Copyrights. NOT ONE should have been Accidental. (Original transmission Date should have been 21st February 09 but due to unknown reasons wasn’t shown until the 23rd) Special 1 tv’s predecessorcalled “I’m on setanta sports” (IOSS) first appeared at the beginning of December 2007 & has been a cult football comedy hit ever since. At first the show was a solo effort with The special one in the studio alone & taking calls from various other football faces & Managers (with the exception of a certain Dave from Newcastle). In due coarse Two more regulars were drafted in by Jose in the shape of Sven (“IT”) & the boy Wayne (Rooney) This move bought a massive comical boost to the show & helped increase it’s popularity. In autumn 08 a certain Mr Fabio Capello (cabbage man) came into the show as THE BOSS much to Jose’s disgust. But he has seldom been seen since a certain election defeat to Jose. (Do not cross the special one). In early January 2009 setanta stunned the shows millions & millions of Fantastic fans by announcing that IOSS was to end the following weekend…..for no apparent reason. DAVE LENNON (Director of this channel) went Ballistic & started an online campaign to save this special show. After 10 days of this campaign it was announced through a special episode (EP00 on this channel) that the show was to return with a new name “Special 1 TV”. The fans rejoiced & I slept properly for the first time in ten days. The whole thing had been a cheap marketing ploy (as stated by Sven in EP01) to accommodate a new sponsor …
