    @kakutactics keep in mind the length of time you can hold a plank will also depend on your fitness level. when i first started i could do it for around 12 seconds but now it’s closer to a minute at a time.

    I can plank for like 8mins. Seriously. My shoulders hurt way way before my core. And is the reason i have to stop. Best way round it stick a 45lb plate across ur back. And do like 1min sets. Now that messes u up :) Happy planking.

    knees off the floor, 1 minute on both arms, rest & then one minute on one arm, it shakes everything in you! but you’ll feel the difference in a couple of weeks. btw its okay to shake otherwise it’s not working.

    As a guy I find this to be too easy. I barely feel strained. I even did it with one arm. And I’m no light weight either. I’m 240Lbs.

    Im a teenager an I’ve been doing these on and off for a long while. Its awful hard when i do them but i don’t feel the strain on my abs as much.. Anyone the same or have any pointers?

    @whitefangv you’re doing them wrong, man. keep your whole body straight, nothing but the elbows and tows touching the floor. try holding it for as long as you can, alternatively. you’ll feel it.
