Jaysin seems extremely self centered and arrogant. He isn’t ready. Tamika is right, the other guy was right. He does sound immature, I don’t see why he couldn’t get background singers and have 2 long rehearsels. WAKE UP JAYSIN! Putting a GREAT band together takes LONG HARD WORK. You don’t just wake up and make the action happen. HOURS AND HOURS AND HOURS of rehearsel is what can make good sound in a live performance, slouch on that and you’ll ruin any prayer of a career in the music business.

Wow, this guy is cocky. Its sad to see how music has lost its meaning, and now all the artists are just stuck up whiny voiced hip hop, pop, and rap singers. I swear, this guy’s voice is as high pitched as Justin Bieber’s 12 year old voice.. Oh yeah, what really bothers me is how he described the band. “They knew the song, but they weren’t making me the star” or whatever. WOW. I remember a time when a band was a band, and every member was important.. Then again, like I said, music fails now.

Oh, and at 6:11 it looks like that suck-up or whatever he calls it that he’s trying to hire has his dick out. Man, first its baggy pants, now its oversized belts? Fuck, everything is just getting bigger anymore, like people.

I think what you are doing is great! Keep up the good work man! You’ll make it big!! Just don’t let the negative people bring you down! Focus on your dreams and goals!
