All i get is a video on how to get DTV,
Is this reherced? Beceause if some stranger came into my house and said “ARE YOU READY FOR DIGITAL?”, I would call the cops. LOL
I don’t know about anyone else, but i only get 13 channels on all 4 of my boxes, i think something is wrong.
You need to get Digital Antenna
How many should you be getting?
Very Good!
YES you will nead a DTV box for your analog TV,VCR and DVR recorder if you have comcast. How many billions of dollars will comcast make requiring so many people to get a box for each analog tuner in what video you have in your home over 3.
a lot
I don’t think it affected me at all. I thought we were going to have the switch like change some things.
Instead, it was like it never even happened. Everything is literally the exact same as before.
Is that the same guy whodoes the new Yankee Workshop?
yes
This DTV over the air sounds nice on paper but when you get it and keep losing signal then you will see that it it’s not so sweet..
yea it sucks may be they did this so cable companies ca make huge amounts of money this new signal sucks real bad I iven buy a ne LCD that it runs me 1000$ and the signal still sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am confused a little because Comcast still offers Standard Cable (channels 2-99) and it’s consitered analog cable. Why is this? They said it would go ALL digital…
I’m not American but from what I heard – the US has not done a full digital conversion like what they did in some part of Europe. I believe smaller localised networks will continue transmitting in analogue for a little while.
The digital conversion is a terrible conversion, the channels keep cutting out into blank or blocky screen, the sound studders and cuts out. Each day is different and cloudy days, forget it.. At least with analog you can still watch your program if the signal wasn’t that great..
well, what kind of antenna do you have?
This was stupid. Basicly a money scam for whoever had none-digital TV’s, they had to buy a converter box or a new TV. Doesn’t help in anyway so this was freakin’ annoying.
didnt know there were poor ppl on america that cant afford cable or satelite tv
good thing I watch only dvds
no ads, no signal problems
if yu dnt noe that yu are very ignorant && yu need to get out && explore the world. && it doesnt mean yur poor is just means yu can live with out cable which is a waste of money!
