@slideo12 Yes, another fan said his name is Jack Mcgee. He’s a friend of the host, and we thought he looked very familiar the night we came over to shoot.

@mtanyc So far, craigslist TV has only expanded to the Los Angeles, Ca area. Hopefully soon, with everyone’s support, we can come to your neighborhood!

@craigslist
I can’t believe this vid only has 10k views. Im in NYC and have been using craigs for aprox 7 years and have used it for everything imaginable. I have sold 2 accordions on craigslist. I must say that craigslist does have a bad rep just the name makes people look the other way. Anyway would love to help be involved in some episodes and have some great ideas. Let me know if I can help. I would call myself a craigslist novice.

It was pretty cool of Sidney Crosby to show up.

Play the accordion, go to jail.

babybloc @ 11:51 pm #

Craigslist isn’t a bad way to get an accordion. Better than mail-order because you can go check it out in person, and don’t have to risk shipping it. Fun video.

I think this was an awesome idea, I am glad they chose the right person. Although I don’t think he is too promising as an accordionist!

Nice job on the video….Very entertaining!

ballarini @ 6:31 pm #

Good way to get free entertainment from two of the three entrants. GiGi is doing this job for a pittance as she is worth more as a player than the value of the accordion.
Although the “Muffin Lady” did well, how did she end up giving that short guy “the booby prize”. In an effort to do what is politically correct, the accordion was awarded to the neediest. Next time donate your accordion to AccordionsForKids.

i2eye @ 10:46 pm #

@ballarini I agree. Don’t hold an “Idol” type event with judges who obviously were non musicians. They should have given money to the others for showing up and playing. It’s another way to exploit artist and get free entertainment. They obviously think good players are OK with losing to someone who can’t play that well.

@Pomepwns I ended up stealing his new accordion, he cried like a girl as I stomped on it. Bullying old Iranian guys is fun!

I instantly love these people! What a neat idea and a great way to bring family and others together for some good times. Plus, the short was well done!
