9th Wonder talks Drake, J Dilla and calls Nottz best beat maker right now
www.hardknock.tv The HardKnock.TV team caught up with 9th Wonder at Rock The Bells to talk about Drake and 9th’s twitter conversation, how they linked up 5 years ago on a record called “Think Good Thoughts” and more. 9th continues by saying that Alchemist, DJ Khalil, others push him to be better but that Nottz is the best pound for pound beat maker right now. Why the hell would 9th even utter the word “elder” in relation to Drake??? Dude is a newbie in the game. Gosh is everyone mistaking being “hot” for being an elder in the game now? Where they do that at?
@mendmatic Yeah I agree wit u. I thought he was gon say Madlib, or I was hopin anyway because I think Madlib is one of the sickest producers in the game and not too too far behind Preem Rock n Dre. Especially since they’re both on that soulful tip. Madlib, Dilla n 9th…A real mcs dream team, aside from the big 3 mentioned before.
